TAX Manager; Manufacturing Background

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with tax authorities during audits, provide necessary documentation, and resolve audit issues.
• Prepare regular tax reports for management, analyzing the company's tax position and providing recommendations.
• Implement strategies to minimize the company's tax burden legally, utilizing available tax incentives and exemptions.
• Manage tax implications of cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international tax laws.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate tax data.
• Work with the legal department to address tax-related legal issues.
• Support business units with tax-related advice to ensure compliance in business operations.
• Participate in the company's strategic planning, providing tax-related insights and recommendations.
• Offer tax analysis for investment decisions, assessing the tax implications of various options.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

• Excellent knowledge of the Indonesian tax system and extensive hands‑on experience in tax planning, transfer pricing, tax audits, etc.
• Strong English proficiency to liaise with overseas clients, coordinate with Kunshan Head Quarter Teams, prepare and present management reports, and correspond via email on business and operational matters.
• Bachelor degree or above in a tax-related field.
• More than 8 years of tax field experience as a tax consultant or related accountant role.
• Good language skill in English, both speaking and writing.
• Experience in tax audit and transfer pricing issues.
• Experience with effective tax planning strategies in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in securing investment allowance.
