Finance (Account Payable) Invoice Officer
- 1+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related field
- Fresh graduate with internship experience is welcome
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, consistent, disciplined, team-oriented, and communicative
- Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang
Job Description
Responsible for checking invoices and receipts for compliance with purchase order values, recording incoming invoices into the ERP system, presenting and processing monthly advance settlements, and reconciling outstanding accounts payable with vendors.
