Finance, Accounting & Tax ( FAT ) Manager

• Oversee financial operations, managing all activities to align with company strategic goals.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filing to minimize tax liabilities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5-10 years in financial management roles, ideally within manufacturing.
• Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws; excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Software proficiency:
  Accounting software, ERP, and MS/Google Office Suite.
• Language:
  English proficiency is a plus.
