Tax Manager

As a Tax Manager at PT Argo Manunggal Triasta, you will play a crucial role in leading the company's tax compliance and strategic tax planning initiatives. Manage the company's tax compliance process, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns and payments

Provide strategic tax planning advice to the finance and leadership teams, identifying opportunities to optimize the company's tax position

Conduct research and analysis to stay informed on changes in tax legislation and regulations, and their implications for the business

Collaborate with external tax consultants and authorities to ensure the company's tax affairs are managed effectively

Lead the preparation and review of tax documentation, including financial statements, tax returns, and supporting schedules

Train and mentor junior members of the tax team, sharing your knowledge and expertise

Contribute to the development and implementation of tax-related policies and procedures

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with a strong background in taxation

At least 5 years of experience in a tax-related role, preferably within a large or complex organization

Excellent knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Proven experience as a Tax Manager in a manufacturing company operating within a Bonded Zone, with a strong understanding of Bonded Zone regulations, tax incentives, and compliance requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax-saving opportunities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals

Proficient in the use of tax-related software and tools

A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
