Mandiri Utama Finance mencari profesional muda dengan integritas tinggi untuk mengelola penagihan dan kunjungan debitur. Peran ini melibatkan validasi kondisi debitur yang memiliki tunggakan 4–30, 31 - 60 hari, analisa, penagihan, dan pelacakan pembayaran hingga pembayaran masuk ke sistem.
Kandidat juga diharapkan menjaga kualitas AR agar sesuai target, meminimalkan kerugian karena wanprestasi, serta berkontribusi pada budaya anti fraud melalui resurvey dan pelaporan pelanggaran proses kerja tim.
