As a Restaurant Supervisor (SPV) at Goa Saya, you will lead and elevate our front‑of‑house operations with poise, precision, and refined hospitality standards. You are responsible for ensuring seamless service flow, maintaining exceptional guest experience, and upholding the integrity of our Asian Progressive Dining concept.
With a strong presence on the floor, you will conduct team briefings, supervise daily operations, coordinate closely with kitchen and bar, and handle guest concerns with professionalism and composure. This role also requires structured administrative capability, including reporting, scheduling, and performance monitoring using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
