• Lead and manage the overall operations of the hotel property.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
• Oversee all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Finance.
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Build strong relationships with guests, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and develop hotel team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local government requirements.
• Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally and efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in hotel operations
• Proven experience in senior hotel management roles (DOSM, Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager, or equivalent) within the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) hospitality market.
• Extensive experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), Corporate Business, and Corporate Governance.
• Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels/resorts is highly preferred.
• Possesses excellent sales and marketing skills.
• Proven revenue growth achievements.
• Strong network within the corporate, government, MICE, and OTA markets.
• Strong budgeting and P&L management.
• Resort or international chain experience.
• Excellent guest satisfaction performance.
