Food and Beverages Product Development Assistant Manager
Review and ensure service quality across all operational locations, maintaining consistent standards for every customer interaction.
Create and continuously update work instructions to improve service standards and operational consistency.
Conduct training sessions, provide recommendations, and carry out service quality audits across multiple locations.
Develop F&B products, oversee kitchen setup and raw material sourcing, and lead product testing to obtain management approval.
Monitor the financial performance of F&B products, including sales, operational costs, margins, and overall profitability.
Develop standardized SOPs and work instructions for every new product, menu, or operational process introduced.
Establish and maintain consistent quality parameters and product standards across all locations.
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of F&B operations experience in QSR, Hospitality, FMCG, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of F&B operations, including inventory management, product innovation, cost control, and customer service.
Proven ability to develop SOPs, work instructions, and training programs that drive consistent service excellence.
Strong product development skills, including kitchen setup, raw material planning, recipe development, and menu creation.
Analytical mindset with experience monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, analyzing costs, and improving profitability.
Ability to develop and execute promotional and sales initiatives to support revenue growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple projects and locations.
