About the role
Indoraajje Travels - PT Indo Highland Investment is seeking a Travel Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Regency, Banten. This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our travel services. As a Travel Operations Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of travel arrangements, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

This role is essential to our company's ability to provide high-quality travel experiences and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and manage travel itineraries, bookings, and reservations for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Liaise with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers to secure the best rates and services

Process travel documentation, including visas, permits, and travel insurance arrangements

Monitor and track all travel bookings to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards

Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues related to travel arrangements promptly and professionally

Maintain detailed records of all travel transactions and client information in company systems

Prepare travel proposals, quotations, and detailed itineraries based on client specifications

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and client retention initiatives

Ensure all travel operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies

Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and efficiency

What we're looking for

Proven experience working in travel operations, travel consultancy, or a similar role within the hospitality and tourism industry

Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, global distribution systems (GDS), and reservation platforms

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers

Attention to detail and accuracy in processing travel documentation and financial transactions

Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to respond calmly to client issues and unexpected changes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with travel management software

Knowledge of visa requirements, travel regulations, and international travel procedures

Customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences

Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages are advantageous

A relevant diploma or certification in travel and tourism management is preferred
