Tour Leader Specialist

Qualifications:

• Lead and coordinate group tours, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Provide engaging information about destinations, including history, culture, and attractions.
• Manage tour logistics such as transportation, accommodation check-ins, and activity scheduling.
• Assist executives with any inquiries, concerns, or special needs during the trip.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all.
• Handle unexpected challenges, such as itinerary changes or emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with local vendors, guides, and service providers.
• Foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere within the group.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Tourism or any related fields.
• Previous experience as a Tour Leader or Travel Guide (Experienced in the China Region is preferred).
• Knowledge of specific destinations, cultures, or languages.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations with problem-solving skills.
• Passion for travel and cultural exploration.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel frequently.
• Willing to WFO full time in Gading Serpong area.
