Overview
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments for intern to manager-level positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers across real estate development, property management, sales, and corporate support teams to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
Plan, execute, and represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and campus hiring events to attract young and emerging talent.
Develop and manage a structured talent pool database for current and future hiring needs, especially for niche roles in real estate and project development.
Administer or coordinate psychological assessments and behavioral testing as part of the selection process.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives through digital presence, university partnerships, and professional community engagement.
Work closely with the internal HR team to align recruitment with workforce planning, organizational development, and strategic talent mapping for the real estate sector.

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a reputable university.
- 2-3 years of experience in Head Hunter or Recruiting roles.
- Experience in managing recruitment events and university relations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of interview techniques, sourcing tools, and assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with psychological assessments and test administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
