The Group specializes in technical, functional and active wear, woven and knit garments for various sports and activities. With 22,186 sewing machines across Banten, West Java and Central Java, the company produces 75 million pieces per year, with plans to increase capacity to 96 million by the end of 2016.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll & benefits, and employee development.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company needs.
  • Oversee general affairs administration, including facilities, procurement, and office support services.
  • Act as a business partner to management and department heads on HR matters.
  • Provide recommendations to improve HR & GA operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR & GA Manager or HR Manager, preferably in the garment industry.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Familiar with modern HR systems and technology.
