Malaysia HR Specialist (Client Delivery)
Location: Malaysia (Remote, KL region preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Malaysia HR Specialist to support client delivery operations in Malaysia. This role focuses on end-to-end HR administration, compliance, and client coordination under EOR and global workforce management models.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely HR delivery while acting as a local HR subject matter expert for Malaysia.

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employment contracts, probation confirmation, transfers, and offboarding
• Prepare and review employment contracts in compliance with Malaysian labor law
• Coordinate documentation, statutory registrations, and compliance requirements
• Handle leave management, employment letters, and HR documentation

• Support monthly payroll preparation and data validation
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.)
• Liaise with payroll vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Support final pay calculations and termination settlements

• Serve as the local HR point of contact for assigned clients
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide guidance aligned with Malaysian labor law
• Coordinate between clients, employees, and internal delivery teams
• Escalate complex labor or compliance matters when necessary

• Ensure all employment practices comply with Malaysian Employment Act and related regulations
• Monitor updates in local labor laws and statutory requirements
  
  Support audits and compliance checks

• Contribute to the development and optimization of Malaysia HR SOPs
• Maintain knowledge documentation and compliance trackers
• Improve efficiency and delivery quality through structured processes

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Malaysia
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law and statutory framework
• Experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance
• English proficiency (written and spoken), Chinese and/or Bahasa Malaysia as a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously

• Experience in EOR / outsourced HR / Staffing / HR services company
• Experience supporting multinational clients
• Exposure to global payroll or cross-border workforce management
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Knowing about other APAC countries' HR practice, Singapore preferred
