Recruitment & Employer Branding Manager

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Hiring Management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, and employer branding
  • Proven experience in managing high-volume and strategic hiring across multiple functions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data, hiring metrics, and dashboards (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, funnel conversion)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and results‑driven mindset
  • Willing to work from our office at Alam Sutera (WFO policy)
Job Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines while providing recruitment advisory support.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Strategy: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and talent mapping to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Recruitment Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor recruitment performance using key metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
  • Employer Branding & Recruitment Process Improvement: Strengthen employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience.
