Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Oversee all HR generalist functions, ensuring operational excellence in recruitment, performance management, and organizational development within a banking framework.

Regulatory & Compliance Excellence: Maintain stringent adherence to OJK regulation
s as they pertain to workforce management, talent governance, and corporate transparency.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key advisor to the Board of Directors, ensuring seamless alignment between human capital initiatives and overarching corporate business goals.

Compensation & Performance Management: Oversee competitive benchmarking, KPI structures, and performance-driven incentive models aligned with rigorous financial industry standards.

Governance & Ethics: Champion a culture of integrity and agility, ensuring full alignment with Indonesian labor laws and international best practices in corporate governance.

Required Qualifications:

Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

Financial Industry Expertise: Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in an HR leadership role specifically within Banking, BPR/BPRS, Investment Firms, or Financial Institutions.

Professional Certification: Possession of a BNSP Certification for HR Manager is mandatory. Additional certifications in related fields (e.g., CHRP, SPHRi, or other professional HR designations) are highly valued.

Regulatory Proficiency: Deep, demonstrable knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and proven experience navigating the regulatory requirements of OJK

Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional proficiency in professional English. Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level and bridge diverse stakeholder expectations.

Leadership Presence: High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of managing high-performance teams in the financial industry.

Technical

Competency:

Advanced proficiency in HRIS and modern HR digital systems.

Logistics: Willing to work full-time on-site (Monday to Friday) in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
