HR & Finance Officer

You will serve as the core operational support for the branch, handling day-to-day HR administration and cashier/finance tasks to ensure attendance, payroll, benefits, and financial records are accurate and well-organized for a team of 6–10 people.

Key responsibilities

Manage employee files, employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals

Handle monthly attendance tracking, leave records, and payroll data compilation

Process BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan enrollment, changes, and monthly submissions

Address day-to-day employee HR queries; ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations

Assist with job postings, initial resume screening, and interview coordination

Manage petty cash, daily bank/cash transactions, and expense reimbursements

Organize and archive expense receipts, bank statements, and financial documents for external accounting firm（）

Compile payroll-related financial data and ensure timely, accurate submission

Office procurement, vendor coordination, and routine administrative tasks

About you

Indonesian citizen, based in or willing to relocate to Tangerang

2-3+ years of experience in HR, finance, or administration

Familiar with Indonesian HR processes, BPJS procedures, and basic payroll

Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A/C) and proficient driving ability

Diploma (D3) or higher;
Accounting, HR, or Business Administration majors preferred

Proficient in Excel; experience with HRIS or accounting software is a plus

Native in Bahasa Indonesia; basic working proficiency in English or Chinese is sufficient

Detail-oriented, reliable, self-directed, and discreet with confidential information
