• Review all agreements related to Corporate Action (e.g., divestment).
• Legal drafting related to corporate law and property.
• Manage company documents related to Corporate Actions, Company Deeds, and permits.
• Manage adjustments related to changes to the Company’s Articles of Association and the necessary permits.
• Provide input and direction related to legal aspects and identify potential risks.
• Maintain good practice of corporate legal, including annual reports, AGMs & EGMs, permits & licenses, reporting, establishment and/or liquidation, each in the context of a private and public listed company.
• Work under minimal supervision.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Corporate Legal in a publicly listed company.
• Strong knowledge in Corporate Law and Capital Market.
• Proficient legal drafting ability.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Bahasa and English.
