GM of Facility Management and Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Facility Management and Project to join our dynamic team at Bethsaida Healthcare Corporate in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospital's facility management and project execution.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hospital's facility management, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance of all physical assets.
• Plan, coordinate and execute capital projects, renovations and expansions to enhance the hospital's infrastructure and capabilities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies, policies and procedures to optimise performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and project completion.
• Monitor and report on facility management and project KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing facilities management team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards and industry best practices.

• 8+ years of experience in facility management, project management or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of facility management principles, building systems, maintenance best practices and project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills to address complex facility and project-related challenges.
• Exceptional leadership and people management abilities to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in budgeting, cost control and financial management to ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline.
