Warehouse Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar position.
• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in logistics, management, or a related field.
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to organize, lead, and inspire team.
• Analytical skills to analyze warehouse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate, work under pressure, and manage conflict.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with various parties.
• Possess leadership qualities, be honest, assertive, and trustworthy.
• Responsible, take initiative, and demonstrate high loyalty.
• Possess problem-solving skills and a willingness to take risks.
• Results-oriented, innovative, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Location in the Laksana Warehouse Area, Tangerang.
