Branch Manager (Cakap Kids Academy Gading Serpong)
- Responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the center, ensuring student safety, maintaining cleanliness, and managing learning timetables.
- Manage and improve the quality of staff and teachers.
- Perform important administrative tasks.
- Ensure the branch achieves its OKR targets (Revenue, profitability, number of students, student satisfaction, retention) in line with the annual budget.
- Prepare an annual business plan and monthly reports for management.
- Create consistent marketing activities and utilize the area's business potential.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong managerial skills and good business acumen.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and at least 2‑3 years of relevant experience as a Branch Manager, Customer Service, and Salesperson.
