Assistant Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team at PT Sari Sarana Kimiatama in Tangerang Banten. In this full‑time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective storage and distribution of our products.

• Assisting the Warehouse Manager in planning, organising and supervising all warehouse activities to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Overseeing the receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory control and stock management
• Leading a team of warehouse operatives, monitoring their performance and providing training and development opportunities
• Implementing and maintaining health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Analysing warehouse data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall supply chain operations
• Collaborating with Warehouse Manager to make system improvements
• Deputising for the Warehouse Manager in their absence

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles, inventory control and distribution processes
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiar with health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment
