HRGA & IR Assistant Manager - Manufacture - Jatake (C-128120)
Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA & IR Assistant Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Organization Development (OD) programs, including organizational structure, job grading, KPI alignment, and talent management
- Analyze and execute succession planning programs
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and ensure the effectiveness of training programs
- Manage General HR functions, including employee relations, policy review, disciplinary processes, and compliance
- Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding organization development
- Oversee and ensure GA functions operate effectively
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Business English proficiency
- Has 3 years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager experts in Organizational Development or Training related from any Manufacture
