The Area Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing all marketing activities across English 1 Swara Group Centers. This role ensures consistent marketing execution, achievement of lead targets, and increased brand exposure throughout the area.
Leadership & CoordinationManage and mentor Marketing Coordinators in each center.
Provide direction, evaluations, and support to ensure every center meets its lead and event targets.
Serve as the communication bridge between Center Marketing Teams and the Head Office.
Develop and implement area marketing strategies based on monthly targets.
Organize the area marketing calendar: events, activations, school visits, campus visits, booths, and outreach programs.
Ensure every center executes activities according to standards and timelines.
Ensure booth activities, events, and outreach programs run effectively.
Create territory mapping for West & North Jakarta to optimize lead generation.
Monitor lead quality and the speed of follow-ups by the sales team.
Analyze the marketing performance of each center: number of leads, cost per lead, conversion, and event effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Marketing Manager/Head Office.
Evaluate vendors, media, and promotional activities.
Oversee English 1 branding consistency across all centers.
Ensure promotional materials, booths, and activities are delivered according to brand guidelines.
Provide creative campaign ideas to increase area awareness.
Coach, guide, and develop all Marketing Coordinators.
Provide regular coaching on event execution, data management, and brand communication.
Conduct weekly meetings, performance reviews, and role distribution based on each center’s needs.
Ensure all Marketing Coordinators have the tools, information, and support required to achieve targets.
Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Communications, or Management.
2–3 years of experience leading area marketing, events, or offline activations.
Experience in the education industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and offline event execution.
Intermediate English proficiency (CEFR minimum B2).
Knowledge of Digital/Online Marketing.
Able to analyze marketing data & create reports.
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Comfortable working with high mobility, fast pace, and target-oriented environments.
Creative, proactive, and capable of on-ground problem-solving.
