Senior Marketing Manager

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our products.

Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.

Managing the end-to-end implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, media planning, and campaign monitoring.

Responsible for New Product Development projects.

Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and any that relate to global/regional competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.

Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities, and using data-driven insights to optimise future campaigns.

Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.

Minimum 12 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably from multinational or local FMCG companies.

Experience in E-Commerce Marketing is an added advantage.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing plans.

Strong data analysis and campaign measurement skills, with the ability to use insights to drive decision-making.

Proficient in digital marketing and social media, with experience in managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
