Affiliads (Hubaku Media Group) is a performance-driven advertising agency specializing in paid media across short-video and social platforms, including Snack Video and Meta.
As part of our growth phase, we are expanding our commerce and marketplace advertising capabilities to better support brands and sellers in driving measurable revenue growth through both in-platform and external paid media.
We are looking for a senior-level Performance Marketing Lead to strengthen and scale this capability.
This is a senior, hands‑on role combining strategy and execution. You will lead performance marketing initiatives across:
- Paid social platforms (Meta, short‑video platforms)
- Commerce and marketplace advertising channels
- Conversion tracking and attribution systems
In the early stage, this role operates with high ownership and autonomy, working closely with the CEO and internal teams to elevate our performance standards.
As the business grows, there is potential to grow into a leadership role within the division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute full‑funnel paid media strategies
- Optimize campaign structures for performance and scalability
- Improve CPA, ROAS, and overall revenue performance
- Design structured testing frameworks (creative, audience, offer)
- Manage and optimize marketplace ad campaigns (e.g., Shopee, Tik Tok Shop)
- Align in‑platform advertising with overall revenue strategy
- Support integration between external traffic and commerce sales flows
- Monitor SKU‑level performance and scaling opportunities
- Set up and validate pixel tracking and conversion events
- Analyze attribution and performance data across platforms
- Identify funnel drop‑offs and recommend improvements
- Work closely with CST and internal teams to improve campaign execution
- Contribute to internal best practices and performance frameworks
- Support the evolution of our commerce‑focused advertising solutions
- 4+ years experience in performance marketing
- Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads
- Experience managing marketplace ads (Shopee and/or Tik Tok Shop)
- Solid understanding of:
- Conversion tracking & attribution
- Pixel & Events setup
- ROAS optimization
- Funnel performance analysis
- Experience managing meaningful ad budgets
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working independently with high ownership
- Strategic and data‑driven thinker
- Strong execution capability
- Comfortable working directly with leadership
- Growth‑oriented and adaptable
- Interested in long‑term career development within a scaling agency
Due to the seniority and hands‑on nature of this role, we will only proceed with candidates who have proven, direct experience in managing both paid social campaigns and marketplace advertising platforms (such as Shopee or Tik Tok Shop).
