Community Development & Programs Manager
Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the department, ensuring programs and projects are well executed, and leading the team to achieve departmental targets. The role will also manage relationships with partners, donors, clients, and other stakeholders, as well as oversee Partnership, Community Development, and CSR programs.
Responsibilities- Manage and monitor the overall activities and programs of the department.
- Coordinate the team and monitor team performance to ensure work is completed properly and on time.
- Review the progress of each division on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Prepare the department's annual work plan and operational budget.
- Monitor the department's budget and review monthly financial reports.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Director.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with partners, donors, clients, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement Partnership, Community Development, and CSR programs.
- Present programs and partnership opportunities to external parties.
- Coordinate and oversee department events and activities.
- Represent the Director in internal or external meetings and events when required.
- Prepare the department's annual report.
- Review and ensure the quality of materials, designs, presentations, and other materials related to programs, marketing activities, and events.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, Social Sciences, Community Development, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Experience working with NGOs, foundations, nonprofit organizations, community development, CSR, or partnership programs is preferred.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with partners, donors, clients, and communities.
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with preparing reports and managing budgets.
- Good presentation skills and confident in dealing with external parties.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
