We are seeking a highly organised and community focused individual to support the successful delivery of the Network of Women (NOW) initiative, including the NOW Leaders leadership programme and NOW Collective alumnae network.
This role is central to creating an engaging participant experience, ensuring smooth programme operations, managing communications and systems, fostering meaningful connections and supporting an inclusive, respectful community culture. The successful candidate will contribute to programme delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement while building relationships and supporting women conservation leaders across Southeast Asia.
Your key responsibilities
- Community building and participant support: Build and nurture an inclusive participant community by fostering engagement, connection, peer learning and collaboration, while managing ongoing communication, support and relationship-building throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Programme coordination: Coordinate programme operations by managing logistics, scheduling and systems while supporting content development, facilitators, applications, and delivery of quality programme activities in line with agreed plans and timelines.
- Communications: Support internal and external communications including web portal, newsletters and gathering impactful stories.
- Team collaboration: Participate in programme planning, coordinate evaluations, analyse feedback and identify risks and insights to inform reporting and strengthen programme delivery.
- Qualifications to diploma or degree level in a relevant subject or associated field.
- 6+ years of experience in programme coordination, community engagement or managing a network, preferably in a non-profit environment.
- Capabilities in relationship building and management, project management, coordinating events, organisation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a women-only leadership environment.
- Experience administering or coordinating training programmes desirable.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
- Experience using digital collaboration and programme management platforms (e.g. project management software, content management systems such as Squarespace, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or community platforms, and online learning/programme portals) would be advantageous.
- Facilitation skills desirable.
- Ability to work in MS Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
