Job Description:

Achieve assigned sales and project targets.

Identify and develop new potential project opportunities.

Conduct visits to government, BUMN, and private institutions to gather information on upcoming projects.

Perform regular and intensive client visits to ensure project progress and target achievement.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.

Provide proactive support and respond promptly to client needs.

Maintain strong collaboration and partnerships with existing clients.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful achievement of company objectives.

The salary range stated includes commission upon achieving targets, with no commission cap.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in project sales to developers, contractors, consultants, and related stakeholders, within Jabodetabek and/or outside Jabodetabek.

Prior experience handling pipe products such as PVC, HDPE, or similar materials is preferred.

Strong professional network within government institutions, BUMN, and/or the private sector.

Established relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants in the Jabodetabek area.

Able to prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and effectively persuade clients.

Comfortable working under sales targets and tight deadlines.

Sociable, communicative, and able to build strong professional relationships.

Proficient in spoken and written English.
