- Monitor dan analyze sell-out performance per account, TL, dan SPG
- Ensure data sell-out accurate, updated, and on track with target
- Identify gap, trend, dan issue (OOS, slow moving, underperformance)
- Coordinate, supervise, and track achievements of Team Leaders (TL) and SPGs for daily sales execution
- Follow up store-level execution (availability, visibility, promo compliance)
- Act as the main operational contact between field team and sales management
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (sell-out, stock, promo, incentive tracking)
- Consolidate data from TL/SPG and ensure reporting discipline
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data
- Support promo implementation and ensure execution aligns with plan, ensuring effectiveness and highlight improvement areas
- Coordinate promo mechanics with field team
- Monitor stock level, OOS risk, and replenishment needs
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure product availability on home shelf
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (all majors).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, key account, or channel sales.
- Good communication skills with store partners.
- Ability to manage Team Leaders (TL) and SPG.
