We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll cultivate strong relationships with global enterprise clients, understanding their unique requirements and assisting them in reaching their business objectives through our cutting‑edge technology solutions.
At WSO2, our Account Managers don't rely on high‑pressure sales tactics. Instead, they focus on building strategic relationships, understanding client needs, and acting as a bridge between customers and our teams. You'll be accountable for maintaining the overall health of client relationships, facilitating access to information, education, advice, and engagement models, and ensuring efficient procurement of services to support clients in achieving their business goals.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring customers in your territory. Identify and qualify new logo opportunities through direct outreach and relationships, events, and ecosystem partners.
- Own and drive the full sales cycle— from lead generation to close—for accounts within your assigned territory.
- Build strategic alliances and support partner‑led growth initiatives to scale reach and business.
- Build deep relationships with decision‑makers and influencers within target accounts (CIOs, architects, digital transformation leaders).
- Collaborate with Pre‑Sales and Solution Architects to deliver high‑impact demos, PoCs, and technical workshops.
- Ensure customer success by maintaining strong post‑sale engagement and working closely with cross‑functional teams to support adoption, drive value realization, and secure timely renewals.
- Accurately forecast sales activities and maintain pipeline health in CRM systems.
- Represent WSO2 at industry events, partner engagements, and executive briefings.
- Stay current on industry trends, regional digital transformation initiatives, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute multi‑year account plans to drive long‑term growth and satisfaction.

9 to 10 years of proven success in software sales, particularly in enterprise technology is a plus. - Language
