We are looking for an experienced Oncology Product Specialist to take ownership of a high-value oncology territory. This role is designed for professionals with strong hospital credibility and established oncologist networks who are ready to operate at a strategic level.

• Lead execution and growth of the oncology portfolio within the assigned territory
• Build and deepen partnerships with Oncologists, Hematologists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Drive sustainable performance through account-based planning and scientific engagement
• Act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals
• Manage the territory with high autonomy, ownership, and accountability

• 3-5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with strong oncology exposure
• Established relationships with key referral hospitals and specialist communities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and professional integrity
• Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment
