Outbound Sales Development Representative – DACH (German Speaking)

Remote is seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting in the German-speaking DACH region. The role is fully remote within the EMEA region.

What you bring
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (knowledge of Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info is a plus)
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company
  • Skilled negotiator and persuasive communicator, both oral and written, with a positive phone presence
  • Strategic and tactical thinker who maintains a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables; self‑starter, proactive and brings new ideas to the team
  • Self‑motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Success in the key responsibilities listed below
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects and learn about their needs to determine fit
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects, leading to hand‑off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold‑call prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
