Get to Know the RoleAs a Staff, Sales & Marketing, you will drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, developing product concepts, and supporting end-to-end commercialization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends and customer needs, and build strong client relationships to ensure successful product launches and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities- Conduct B2B (Business to Business) sales activities, including prospecting, product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
- Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat orders and customer loyalty
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach by acquiring potential clients
- Achieve sales targets (revenue, volume, and growth) in line with company KPIs
- Develop effective sales strategies based on market analysis and customer needs
- Introduce and promote product innovations and new product developments to customers in line with market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams throughout the product development and commercialization process
- Conduct market research both locally and internationally to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on global trends and identify opportunities for relevant product development
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
- Have experience in sales or marketing; open to fresh graduates interested in the beauty industry, particularly in sales and product development
- Strong interest in the beauty industry, with knowledge of skincare and makeup
- Understanding of beauty market trends and consumer behavior
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Able to work under targets and deadlines
- Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten
