Sales B2B (Health Ingredients)

The Mission: To consult with R&D teams and senior executives, selling specialized, high-value health ingredients (vitamins, minerals, extracts, and active pharmaceutical ingredients) into the B2B sector. You won't just hit targets; you'll shape product lines.

Your Role:
The Catalyst for Growth

You will be the face of our innovation and expertise, responsible for an end-to-end sales cycle that demands both technical depth and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Pioneer New Business: Aggressively identify and secure new client partnerships across the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and supplement manufacturing sectors.

Cultivate Technical Partnerships: Move beyond transactional sales. Use your technical background to advise clients on ingredient selection, application, and regulatory compliance. Become their go-to resource.

Drive Strategic Revenue: Own the sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to high-stakes contract negotiation with C-level executives and purchasing departments.

Be on the Move (75% Travel): Your territory is DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Banten. Be prepared to travel frequently to meet clients, build deep relationships, and attend industry events.

Who You Are:
The Essential Ingredients

You are a rare blend of technical scientist and dynamic salesperson. You speak the language of R&D, regulatory compliance, and the language of profit.

Educational Foundation (S1/Bachelor's Preferred): A degree in a technical field is crucial—
Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related science.

Experience (3+ Years Required): Proven success in a B2B sales environment
, with specific experience in health ingredients or specialty chemicals being highly valued.

Problem Solver: You don't just sell products; you offer technical solutions that solve R&D formulation, regulations, and marketing challenges.

Autonomous & Detailed: Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a large territory and complex accounts independently while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
