The Project Sales Supervisor is responsible for developing and managing Fabrica's project business by acquiring and maintaining relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers, and Commercial Clients.
This role focuses on generating new project opportunities, building a strong project pipeline, increasing specification opportunities, and achieving project sales targets. The Project Sales Supervisor will act as the bridge between commercial opportunities and Fabrica's technical, operational, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesFind and secure new project opportunities from Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, Developers, Hospitality businesses, Commercial Property Owners, Corporate Offices, Healthcare, and Education sectors through networking, referrals, canvassing, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, project stakeholders, and procurement teams to generate new business and increase project success rates.
Lead and manage a project sales team across different locations by setting targets, monitoring performance, coaching team members, and ensuring goals are achieved.
Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and product presentations to quotations, negotiations, project tracking, and closing deals.
Grow and manage the project sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts through regular follow-up.
Work closely with Operations, Installation, Procurement, and Product teams to ensure client requirements are met, projects run smoothly, and sales targets are achieved.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Project Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the interior, architectural products, or window fashion industry, with proven experience managing and developing relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, Developers, and Commercial Project Owners.
Possesses a strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated track record of acquiring new accounts, generating project opportunities, achieving sales targets, and personally building project pipelines from scratch through proactive hunting, networking, canvassing, and relationship development.
Has experience leading and managing sales teams, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching team members.
Demonstrates strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with Operations, Installation, Procurement, Product Development, and Marketing teams.
Data-driven and capable of managing sales pipelines, CRM systems, forecasting, account planning, sales performance reporting, and utilizing Google Spreadsheet, AI tools, CRM platforms, and digital productivity tools to improve prospecting, account management, reporting, and sales effectiveness.
Experienced in engaging and negotiating with key decision makers, including business owners, directors, project managers, procurement teams, and other project stakeholders.
Able to understand project requirements, technical specifications, and basic architectural or interior drawings, with experience in specification selling being an advantage.
Willing to travel frequently for client meetings, project visits, business development activities, and market expansion initiatives.
Has a vehicle with a valid SIM A/C.
