- Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to implement company strategies, achieve sales targets, and optimize profitability in line with corporate policies.
- Execute marketing strategies, manage assigned products, and proactively identify new business opportunities within your territory.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals through training, education, and operational support, while addressing feedback and concerns effectively.
- Promote products in line with KPIs, utilize CRM tools for planning and reporting, and ensure accurate project data and sales forecasts.
- Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, including proper handling of product complaints.
- Enhance your professional capabilities through development programs and maintain high motivation to drive performance in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Marketing/Business, Nursing, Health Practitioner.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/ business development in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
- Market Insight:
Deep understanding of customer behavior and current trends within the medical device industry. - Territory Management:
Proven ability to manage and optimize sales operations within specific regions (specifically Tangerang & Jakarta).
