Job DescriptionEnsuring sellers remain active and continue doing business on TOCO with growth strategies to increase account volume and revenue while ensuring the maintenance and growth of average selling price.
1. Acquisition New Client
2. Revenue Target Achievement - Measures how closely the team or individual reaches the set revenue targets
3. Retention, Growth and activation for Principal or Seller on TOCO
4. Securing support from principals or sellers to encourage their activation and utilization of features within the TOCO platform. (Campaign Program, Home banner, Ads, etc)
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Management, or Communication is a plus).
- Max. age, 30 years old
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, sales, business development, or seller operations.
- Good understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and seller behavior.
