ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand business opportunities with Japan-based companies seeking workforce solutions from Indonesia and Vietnam
Conduct business development activities through calls, emails, online meetings, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with Japan-based clients and partners
Identify hiring needs and propose suitable manpower solutions
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment processes
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Japan
Support business trips to Japan when required
Contribute to the development and growth of the company's local operations
Business-level Japanese language communication skills with JLPT N2 proficiency
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
Strong ability to build relationships with Japanese speaking clients
Understanding of Japan-related recruitment or manpower sending business is an advantage
Ambitious, self-driven, and willing to travel to Japan when required
