Merchant Acquisition Intern; Sales​/Business Development

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants through canvassing, cold outreach, and other lead generation activities.
• Support the team in introducing and presenting the company's products and services to prospective merchants.
• Assist in following up with prospective merchants and learn the end-to-end merchant acquisition process.
• Maintain and update merchant data, sales activities, and acquisition reports.
• Collaborate with the Merchant Acquisition team on daily operational and administrative tasks while gaining hands‑on experience in sales and business development.

• Final‑year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
• Having internship/organizational experience in sales, business development, or partnership is a plus.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and learning about merchant acquisition.
• Proactive, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative in completing tasks.
• Willing to conduct canvassing and visit merchants as part of the learning experience.
• Willing to work from Alam Sutera, Tangerang (hybrid).
