Our client is a Food Ingredients (Dairy & Confectionery) company. Currently, we are looking for a Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and proactively manage the full sales cycle.
- Develop and execute branch‑specific sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales tactics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present results to upper management.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Chemistry
. - Business English proficiency, including reporting to expatriates.
- Minimum 4 years as Senior Executive Sales in trading handling food ingredients for dairy/confectionery manufacture.
- Not a job hopper – stays at one company for at least 3 years.
- Smart, able to work with less supervision, good work ethics, flexible.
