Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Tangerang. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in agricultural commodities and shipping services, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Daily activities include prospecting and contacting potential customers, preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and providing input to improve products, services, and sales strategies. Accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics is expected.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in agricultural commodities, logistics, or related trading industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of basic commercial terms, international trade concepts, and customer service principles.
- Ability to work on‑site in Tangerang, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deals and client inquiries.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
- High level of integrity, results-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn about agricultural commodities and shipping operations.
