Sales Executive

PT Dinamika Unggul Perkasa is a company specializing in Building Materials, particularly U-PVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors for high-end private residential projects in Indonesia. We serve exclusive property owners, independent architects, and private contractors involved in luxury residential developments that demand exceptional design standards, quality, and precision.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking candidates who are experienced in interacting directly with contractors, architects, and property owners as key decision-makers. The ideal candidate is capable of building strong relationships, understanding the needs of high-end projects that prioritize quality and attention to detail, and contributing to our dynamic team. This position is well-suited for individuals with experience in residential projects and strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, particularly within the upper-middle and premium market segments.
• Provide product consultation based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and manage the sales closing process.
• Manage the sales pipeline and perform regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Achieve sales targets established by the company.
• Proactively identify new market opportunities through networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, Architecture graduates are preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Experience in the construction industry will be considered an advantage.
• Possess a strong network of contractors, interior designers, and architects.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, able to work collaboratively in a team environment, enthusiastic about learning new things, and highly motivated.
• Capable of handling and managing projects effectively.
