Sales Representative

• Establish good relationships with potential customers
• Brief and detailed product information
• Carry out product sales activities Implement and ensure all sales activities have been carried out in accordance with marketing planning
• Maintain good relationships with consumers and distributors actively
• Retain consumers and distributors to increase sales volume
• Carry out sales and complete sales targets that have been set
• Present, promote and sell products / services using strong arguments to existing and potential customers
• Perform a cost-benefit analysis and the needs of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Visiting customers or contacting them via phone calls
• Provide prompt solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Analysis of potential areas / markets, sales and status reports
• Inventory management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products and services.
• Stay abreast of best promotion practices and trends. Continue to improve feedback.
