- Manage inbound leads from websites, META Ads, Whats App, QR campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Qualify prospects and identify customer needs.
- Provide product consultations and recommendations.
- Coordinate survey schedules and collaborate with technical teams.
- Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Monitor lead progress and support the sales process until handover.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Public Health, Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related roles.
C6 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales administration.
- Experienced in consultative selling and product education.
