Telemarketing

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing to join our team at Traders Family. The Telemarketing will play a key role in managing and supporting our clients, providing valuable education and insights on our products, and fostering strong client relationships. If you have excellent communication, analytical skills, and are eager to learn about forex trading, we want to hear from you!

New hires will undergo an intensive training program for 1-2 month(s), focusing on product knowledge and industry insights. Each Junior Consultant will receive personalized mentoring to help them navigate their responsibilities and develop their skills effectively. So, no worries! Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage client inquiries and interactions, whether they visit the office directly or contact us through the company's database.
• Provide clients with educational resources, offer recommendations on suitable products, and help them understand the benefits and features of our offerings.
• Develop and expand our client network by leveraging relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities for engagement.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are identified and addressed promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of D3 from any major.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to learn forex trading
• Able to work with targets and achieve desired results.
• Able to work from office (Mon-Fri)
