Sales Executive – Printing

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive – Printing based in Tangerang. The Sales Executive will manage and grow client accounts for printing services, including prospecting new clients, presenting printing solutions, and preparing quotations and proposals. The role involves coordinating with internal production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of printed materials. The Sales Executive will monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales reports, and work to meet or exceed sales targets.

Regular client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management are key parts of the day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Sales and account management skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in printing or related industries
• Ability to understand printing processes, materials, and production timelines to provide accurate information to clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Basic proficiency in using office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM systems) for reporting and client management
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Prior experience in advertising, printing, or media agencies is an advantage
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang and conduct regular client visits
