We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth through the acquisition of new B2B customers and strategic accounts within the plastic manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading high-value negotiations, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer partnerships.

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new customers and strategic accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities, target industries, and key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support market expansion.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor pipeline performance, and ensure profitability through effective pricing and commercial strategies.
• Present sales performance, market insights, and business opportunities to senior management.
