Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as a Maintenance & Technician Staff
.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance for outlets and Head Office facilities.
• Handle repairs and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, AC, civil work, kitchen equipment, and exhaust systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Manage and maintain spare parts, tools, and maintenance records.
• Prepare daily reports and document maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with outlet teams and support outlet opening projects when needed.
• Willing to work mobile across company outlets.

• Minimum SMK / D3 in Engineering.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in maintenance/building maintenance.
• Experience in F& B, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries is preferred.
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, AC, kitchen equipment, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Able to use maintenance tools and perform troubleshooting.
• Experience handling multi-outlet operations is an advantage.

• Responsive and quick in handling operational issues.
• Good communication skills and professional work attitude.
• Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM
  
  C) and willing to work mobile across outlets.
