Perform and supervise installation/maintenance activities related to the physical network infrastructure at PTFI Jobsite; ensuring availability, reliability, safe and good performance in accordance with department and industry standards, customer requirements and company policy.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

• Perform and supervise all cabling systems' operation and maintenance, installation of network equipment, surveillance cameras, special production equipment, mobile radios, and other telecommunication/network devices to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Analyze MIS Global Call Center request, to be able to assess user needs accurately and aware of any urgent needs.
• Implement all physical networking documentation (i.e. fiber optics, building cabling layout) to ensure all documentation is well maintained and current.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures implementation within the work area to minimize incident and damage.
• Train, develop, coach, and motivate subordinates in order to enhance their skills, knowledge and capabilities.
• S1/bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Informatics, or Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same field.
• D3/Diploma Degree in Telecommunication, Informatics, or Engineering with a minimum 5 years of work experience in the same field.
• Technical High School with a minimum of 7 years of work in the same field.

• Fiber optic systems, networking, telephony, TIA/EIA cabling standards and supervision.
• Good customer relationship skills and advanced interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (technical and conversational).
