Call Center/Customer Service Representative Wanted

Location: Tarboro, NC
Position Type: Full-Time

Competitive salary of $21/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results‑driven individual to serve as a call center/customer service representative for Prudential Stainless & Alloys, LP, a leading master distributor dedicated to servicing metal service center customers across the USA, Canada and abroad. We provide a wide range of products, specializing in unusual and difficult to find items.

• Proven experience in call center or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and math proficiency.
• Solid work history and detail oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries, NO COLD CALLING
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Process orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
